We design the library with taking so much care,well-thought & ergonomically designed interiors, to give you pleasure & natural environment and good quality air to focus on your vision especially students who want to achieve their life goals. The reading area is designed in such a way to will facilitate and increase the concentration of the readers.

For the last 58 years, we are in the education field; so we better know which type of environment gives the best result for reading.

MEMBERSHIP

LIBRARY RULES

HASSEL FREE REGISTRATION AND FACE RECOGNITION ENTRY SYSTEM (FORGET CARD?? - NO ISSUE)

Registration fee of Rs. 100/- (non-refundable and only one time) is compulsory for all members
Membership fee must be paid fully or as selected plan before the enter in library.
A library card will be issued to each registered member and member must come with membership card and should produce when demand by authority.
For lost the card, duplicate Library Membership card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/-. Membership are not transferable or cancelled
The Library reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid membership card or admission
Only valid Card registered members will have access to the library during the given time and selected batch
Every member must sign the register and do biometric attendance available at the entrance and keep id card along with him/her.
Strict silence, decorum and discipline must be maintained in the library. Changing the frequent sitting is not allowed .Once member get entry do not come out before 2 hour for best reading practice.
Readers should not start or off the AC, for that contact the librarian.
On completion of membership library cards to be deposited with the reception person to avoid new registration charge in next membership or renew membership before the last day of membership.
Member have signed an undertaking to abide by the Rules.
Library users must leave the library as per their membership plan or by the advertised closing time.
Practice good manners.
Library staff shall not transmit telephone calls or other personal messages to the readers.

RULES FOR

MOBILE & COMPUTER

Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the library premises.
Switch your mobile phone off or keep silent non-vibration mode and can’t receive the call in the library.
Library users using their own laptop computers and other devices do so at their own risk and are responsible for the safety and security of their equipment.
Computer or mobile in the library premises should be used for academic or reading purposes only.
Online chatting/dating, browsing of social networking sites is strictly prohibited. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulters.
Playing games on computers is strictly prohibited in the entire Library premises.
Students must take care of their Pen drives, mobiles and wallets etc.

DON’T’S

Smoking, eating, sleeping and talking loudly are strictly prohibited in the library.
Readers should not mark, or use pen pencil on the table top or furniture of library. Readers should not scribble on table tops or damage them.
Private conversations are not permitted. Even talking in a whisper or standing and chatting may be disturbing to others.
Unauthorized removal of anything belonging to the library will be treated as theft and dealt accordingly.
Any one who violates the rules and regulations of the library would be liable to lose the privilege of library membership and may be debarred from using the library facilities.
Refrain from leaving your baggage, etc. on library chairs/sofas, and avoid taking up two seats by sitting on one and putting your baggage, clothes, and your leg etc. on the other chair.
The seats are to be used/occupied on the first come first served basis.
Capturing/reserving seats for friends/future use is strictly prohibited.
Study space may not be 'reserved' for other members,
Library users shall respect the rights of other readers. Silence shall be maintained in reading areas.
Library users are responsible for the security of their own valuable items or belongings and put your helmet and bag in the rack outside reading area.
All members must park their vehicle as per the instruction, authority are not liable for lost or damage for the vehicle.
Shoes must kept outside the library and put in the shoe rack appropriately .
Strictly prohibited from doing the above.
Suggestions on all aspects, of library services are welcome.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Library premises,nor within the building.
